14 day return Policy
Buyer has 14 days from date of delivery to request a return in writing and with approval ship the items back. Items sold as ALL Sales Final such as BLAZE, FIRE MAGIC and PCM Appliances can not be returned. After 14 days items are no longer eligible for return under any circumstances including damage. Items must be returned new in the original packaging.
30 Day Missing Frame Parts
Buyer has 30 days from date of delivery to report missing or damaged items. After 30 days buyer agrees he can no longer report missing parts and if needed will purchase these missing or damaged items.
