Buyer agrees that all shipping charges are non-refundable even if buyer does not accept delivery from the carrier. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges if they entered an incorrect address on their purchase order. Buyer understands that construction is dangerous and will not hold BBQ Tubes and/or its officers of responsible for any injuries or damages of any kind by using our products. Buyer agrees to a 14 day return policy and understands there is no returns or refunds after this period which begins on the date of delivery. All returns must be in new and unused condition in the original packaging. Seller reserves the right to deny a return that does not meet our return requirements. Buyer to pay a 15% restocking fee plus shipping cost both ways. Buyer agrees to report damaged appliances within 3 days of delivery and report any missing frame parts within 30 days. After these terms buyer agrees to wave any claims for damaged or missing items. Damaged or missing part claims can only be filed on the BBQ Tubes website through your online account which will show date of claim. Fire Magic grills are sold all sales final.
